Because our jewelry is uniquely handcrafted, personalized, or custom-woven to order, processing and delivery times are split into distinct windows to ensure the highest standard of quality.  

 

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMELINES 

Please keep in mind that our processing times vary depending on the craftsmanship required for your specific order:

• Standard Stainless Steel Items: Processed and prepared within 2 to 5 working days.  

• Bespoke Range & Engravings: Orders requiring custom laser engraving, specialized cord-weaving (such as our Box Knot, Spiral, Intermittent, or Pebbled styles), or special design requests require 7 to 10 working days for meticulous production.  

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION & TIMES 

Once your order has been carefully processed and packaged, it will be dispatched via our trusted courier partners. We offer convenient door-to-door delivery within South Africa using The Courier Guy, as well as counter-to-counter delivery to your nearest PostNet location for easy collection at your convenience.

• Johannesburg & Local Hubs: Delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

• National & Outer-Lying Areas: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

• Free Shipping: All orders within South Africa above R1000 will be shipped completely free of charge. For orders below R1000, your exact shipping total will be dynamically calculated and displayed before your final checkout page.

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide via PostNet, with international shipping rates and delivery windows calculated at checkout based on destination zones.

Please note that all shipping rates are non-refundable once dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING 

The moment your courier booking is generated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey straight to your door or collection counter.

 

STUDIO COLLECTIONS 

You are welcome to select the collection option at checkout to pick up your order directly from our studio.

• By Appointment Only: Because we dedicate individual creative attention to our clients, order collections are available strictly by appointment only.  

• Important Notice: For security and tracking purposes, a valid Proof of Payment (POP) must be sent to us prior to your arrival for collection.  

• Notification: Once your custom piece has passed quality control and is ready, our team will contact you directly via email or WhatsApp to schedule your collection window.​
